Using your Vitality cover at Bossa.
Bossa Health providers are recognised by Vitality. Depending on your plan, that can cover psychiatry, therapy and medication support, the same joined-up care, with Vitality picking up the cost. This page covers the practical part: how claims actually work.
How claiming works

Start your claim with Vitality. You can do this through the Vitality Care Hub. During the claims process, Vitality will confirm whether a referral is required for your policy.

Ask for your Bossa Health clinician by name. This step matters. When you submit your claim, tell Vitality the name of the clinician you’d like to see. If you don’t request someone specific, Vitality may refer you to one of their partner networks instead of to us.

Send us your authorisation. Once your claim is approved, send us your Vitality membership number, your member authorisation number, and the first line of your address with your postcode. We’ll then arrange your appointments, and you can get started straight away.

What if I don’t know which clinician to ask for?

Have a look at our clinicians and pick whoever feels like the right fit, or book a free triage call with us first and we’ll help you choose before you submit your claim. Either way, name someone on your claim rather than leaving it open.
I chose a provider on the Vitality Hub. Will I be re-matched?

No. If you’ve already chosen a provider on the Vitality Hub, you’ll stay with that provider and won’t be matched with anyone else.
Do I need a referral?

Not from us. Whether your policy needs one is confirmed by Vitality during the claims process, so you’ll know before anything is booked.
What happens when my covered sessions end?

Nothing changes clinically: same team, same shared record. You simply continue on our standard pay-as-you-go pricing, with no subscription and no commitment.
