Is the first call really free?
Yes. The 15 minute intro call with a member of the triage team is free, with no commitment. It’s a chance to talk through what you need before you decide anything.
Can I claim my sessions on insurance?
If you’re covered by Vitality or WPA, your sessions may be fully paid for. Let us know when you get in touch and we’ll guide you through it.
What if I need more than one service?
If you're covered by Vitality or WPA, your sessions may be fully paid for. Some policies cover more than one type of service, in which case each covered service is included. Anything your policy doesn't cover is simply paid for out of pocket. Let us know when you get in touch and we can help you identify what your policy covers.
