+  HOW IT WORKS

You don't have to know who you need. That's our job.

Therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, pharmacist. Most people arrive not knowing the difference, and that's completely normal. Here's how our care actually works, and why it stays joined up from start to finish.

Online · No GP referral needed · CQC regulated · Covered by Vitality and WPA

THE MODEL

Care that adjusts with you, not a fixed package.

We use a stepped-care model, recommended by NICE. It starts with the least intensive evidence-based treatment that fits your needs, and steps up only when it needs to.

It means no overtreatment, no being handed something too heavy too soon, and specialist care reserved for when it genuinely helps.

START HERE

Therapy or assessment

For many people, the right first step. Evidence-based, and matched to you.

STEP UP IF NEEDED

Psychology or psychiatry

When symptoms persist or become more complex, you move up without starting over.

AND ALONGSIDE

Medication management

Clinical pharmacists keep medication working safely, at whatever level you're at.

⇅ You can step up or step back down as your needs change. Care follows you, not a fixed plan.

WHO YOU MIGHT SEE

Four kinds of support, one connected team.

You don't need to choose this yourself, the free triage call points you to the right starting point. But here's what each does.

Psychology

For when things haven't improved on your own and you want to understand what's driving it. Psychologists assess, diagnose and deliver therapy, and can refer you to psychiatry if medication enters the picture.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

ADHD assessment

Complex anxiety

Personality disorders

Trauma

Psychiatry

Medical doctors specialising in mental health. They assess, diagnose and, where appropriate, prescribe, working closely with your therapist. Not a last resort. For many conditions, the most effective starting point.

Medication Management

The piece most services don't offer. Our clinical pharmacists are independent prescribers, not just dispensers. They review your medication, watch for side effects, adjust doses and monitor titration, alongside your psychiatrist.

THE THERAPIES WE USE

Your therapist adapts the approach to you, not the other way around.

Our therapists are trained across a range of evidence-based approaches. They listen to what's going on for you and shape the work around it.

Here are some you might encounter.

CBT

Structured and practical. Spot unhelpful thought patterns and learn new ways to respond.

EMDR

Processes distressing memories using guided eye movements, without talking through every detail. Often used for trauma.

Humanistic therapy

Led by you and focused on the present. Encourages self-discovery, growth and self-acceptance.

Integrative counselling

Blends approaches and shapes the therapy around you.

Interpersonal therapy (IPT)

Focuses on how your relationships affect your mental health. Structured and time-limited.

Person-centred therapy

A non-judgemental space, led at your pace, building self-awareness and confidence.

Mindfulness-based CT (MBCT)

Combines cognitive therapy with mindfulness to help prevent depression relapse.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Works with the different "parts" of you to heal and restore balance.

WHY IT WORKS

Stepped care only works when the team works together.

Most mental health services treat one thing at a time. We treat you. That's what lets you move between levels of care without ever starting over.

24 HOURS

Fast internal referral

If your needs become more complex, your therapist refers you to a psychologist or psychiatrist, usually within a day.

ONE RECORD

You don't start over

Everyone on your team shares one record. They already know your history. You don't explain yourself again.

ONE TEAM

Care that holds

Therapy, psychology, psychiatry and pharmacy collaborate in real time, so care steps up or down smoothly.

The role of clinical pharmacists.

This is something most mental health services simply don't offer, and it matters more than people realise. Our clinical pharmacists are independent prescribers, qualified to prescribe in their own right, not just dispense.

They sit alongside your psychiatrist as part of your care team, handling routine prescribing and titration where appropriate. That frees psychiatrists to focus on complex cases, and gets you medication support faster.

✔  Review your medication and how it's working

✔  Watch for and manage side effects

✔  Adjust doses where needed

✔  Monitor titration safely over time

✔  Someone whose whole focus is the medication side of your care
