+ ABOUT NADIA
Nadia is a qualified psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) in Psychosocial and Psychoanalytic Studies and a diploma in Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Taking an integrative approach, she draws on CBT, psychoanalytic and person-centred therapies to support people experiencing trauma, anxiety, grief and relationship difficulties.

Nadia believes that understanding the links between past experiences and present challenges can be a powerful step towards lasting change. By exploring unconscious patterns alongside current difficulties, she works collaboratively with each person to provide therapy that is tailored to their individual needs.
