Personalised one-on-one online support with a qualified clinical psychologist. Our psychologists will help you identify the challenges you're facing and guide you in the right direction, whether it’s through therapy or other treatments. If needed, they can refer you internally to one of our psychiatrists for further support.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking an Appointment: You can easily book your session through our online platform at your convenience. Once you complete your assessment, we'll recommend a provider tailored to your needs. You can then choose a suitable time with that provider from the available options. NOTE: Bookings will be available starting two weeks prior to the session date. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking on a pay-as-you-go basis. Your appointment will be confirmed once the payment is successfully processed. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations (with less than 24 hours notice) or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. Late attendance: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your consultation, you will be considered a no-show, the provider will end the session, and a new booking will be required without reimbursement. Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after booking, along with a reminder before your session. AFTER YOUR CONSULTATION(S): Consultation Follow-Up: Following your consultation, if a letter needs to be sent to your GP, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process and send it. If you are referred to another one of our services, we will ensure you are matched with the appropriate provider within 24 hours to maintain continuity of care. Feedback form: After each consultation, we will send you a feedback form to monitor progress and ensure you're satisfied with the care you've received. If at any point you feel the professional you're seeing isn't the right fit, you can report this through the feedback form or contact us directly at support@bossahealth.com, and we will match you with a new provider within 24 hours.
