Psychotherapy
WHO IT IS FOR
If you've been struggling with anxiety, low mood, difficult relationships, or things you can't quite name – and you want space to understand why – therapy is usually the right place to start.
HOW IT WORKS
Our therapists are trained in a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, EMDR, ACT, and integrative therapy. But they don't just pick a technique and apply it. They listen to what's going on for you and adapt their approach to fit – not the other way around.
Sessions are 50 minutes, online, at a time that works for you.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING
Anxiety · Depression · Trauma · Grief · Stress · Relationship difficulties · Low self-esteem · Life transitions

Psychology
WHO IT IS FOR
If things have not improved despite trying to manage on your own, and you want to understand what is actually driving that and get a structured path through it, a psychologist may be the right starting point.
HOW IT WORKS
Our psychologists work with more complex presentations. They assess, diagnose, and deliver therapy, often using psychometric tools to get a clearer picture of what's driving your difficulties. They work across conditions like ADHD, autism, personality disorders, and trauma, and they can refer you directly to one of our psychiatrists if medication becomes part of the conversation.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING
ADHD assessment · Autism assessment · Complex anxiety · Personality disorders · Trauma · Depression

Psychiatry
WHO IT IS FOR
If your symptoms are significantly affecting your daily life – your work, your relationships, your ability to function – and you think medication might be part of what you need, a psychiatrist is the right person to see.
HOW IT WORKS
Our psychiatrists are medical doctors who specialise in mental health. They assess, diagnose, and where appropriate prescribe medication. They also work closely with your therapist or psychologist so that your care stays joined up – they know your history, and you won't have to repeat it.
A psychiatry appointment is not a last resort. For many conditions, it's simply the most effective starting point.
No GP referral needed. You can book directly.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING
ADHD · Bipolar disorder · Severe depression · OCD · PTSD · Psychosis · Complex anxiety · Conditions that may need medication

Medication Management
WHO IT IS FOR
If you've already been prescribed medication for ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, or another mental health condition, and want expert support to make sure it's working as well as it can – or if you're on a titration programme and need ongoing monitoring – this is for you.
HOW IT WORKS
This is something most mental health services don't offer, and it matters more than people realise. Our clinical pharmacists are independent prescribers, meaning they can prescribe in their own right, not just dispense. They review your medications, watch for side effects, adjust doses where needed, and make sure everything is working together safely.
They sit alongside your psychiatrist as part of your care team. You get someone whose entire focus is the medication side of your treatment – not just a review tacked onto the end of a psychiatric appointment.

Not sure which service is right for you?
That's one of the most common things people tell us. Mental health care can feel complicated from the outside. It is not always obvious whether you need a therapist, a psychologist, or a psychiatrist, and most people arrive not knowing the difference.
You don't need to figure it out before you contact us. Book a free 15-minute call and tell us what's going on. We'll listen, ask a few questions, and point you in the right direction – no pressure, no commitment.

How It Works Together
Care that stays connected – whatever happens next
The thing that makes Bossa Health different is not any single service. It is that all our services work together.
If you start with therapy and your needs become more complex, your therapist refers you to one of our psychologists or psychiatrists, usually within 24 hours. They already know your history. You do not start over. You do not have to explain yourself again.
Most mental health services treat one thing at a time. We treat you.
